Can I cancel a booking and issue a refund?
Yes, the process is:
Login to the admin panel and find the booking the customer wants to cancel
Open the invoice ()
Go to ‘More actions’ and select ‘Refund’
Follow the on-screen instructions to ensure you select the correct refund option
After you have made your selection select ‘Yes, do it’ to issue the refund
Go back to the booking and select ‘More actions’
Select ‘Remove booking charges’ and select ‘Remove charges only, I’ll handle the invoice later’
Go back to the booking and select ‘Delete’, ‘Yes, do it’ this will delete the booking record and release the room so that it can be booked by someone else.
