How do I view the bookings in my building for the day/week ahead?

Upcoming bookings can be accessed through two main views, the calendar view and the list view:

• Operations -> Calendar

  • The bookings you see will be driven by your user account. Each user account will be configured to show the relevant buildings. 

  • You can set the calendar to show the day, week or month 

  • You can use the filter option to refine the results you see (e.g. to limit results for a particular customer or room)

  • Bookings are visualised on the calendar. They are colour coded to show the different payment statuses of a booking. Select a booking to its full information

• Operations -> List 

  • Booking are presented in a list which can be filtered in the same way as on the calendar view

  • The list can be sorted by any column header (time, price, duration and status)
