What are the room rate rules?

The user doesn’t choose the rate. User gives start and end time and system will calculate the right rate automatically. A new pricing structure will be used.

The hourly rate will be applied up until a maximum/cap of the day rate (the day rate generally being 5.5 x the hourly rate) 

E.g. if a customer books 5.5 to 8 hours, they will be charged for the day rate; if a customer books 5 hours, they will be charged the hourly rate x 5
