What information is stored against bookings and how do I see it?
Select a booking on the calendar (or list) view. This will bring up the full booking profile. Key booking information includes:
Resource booked and the customer who booked it
Price of the booking
Notes that customer has submitted against the booking (see ‘Customer Notes’)
Notes that colleagues have stored against the booking (see ‘Notes’ tab)
The associated invoice and its status:
Charged - Booking created and price locked but not yet invoiced
Unpaid - Invoice created and awaiting customer payment
Paid - Invoice created and paid
Refunded - Invoice was paid and then refunded
Cancelled - Invoice was issued and cancelled
