Can I create a customer account?

Customers should create their own accounts. The easiest way to do this is through the App (links and physical signage are available at the buildings for this).

Users can also easily sign up through the website. As a backup support option, colleagues can use the website to sign up a customer on their behalf (obviously the password part if the process would be in the hands of the customer.)
