Can I send customers a message?
Yes, you can send a direct message to any of your customers via the CRM tab in their account.
They will receive your message via email within a few minutes.
If the navigation menu isn't visible, click the menu icon in the top left corner of the page.
Click ‘Operations’ and go to ‘Members and contacts’
Click on the relevant customer record
Click ‘CRM’ and select ‘Messages’
Click ‘Send message’
Add a Subject.
Add your Message
Click ‘Send message.
