How do I create a discount code?

1. Log in to the admin panel and go to ‘Finance’

2. Select ‘Discount codes’ and select ‘+ Add discount code’

3. Complete the discount code information

4. Select ‘This discount is active’ to validate the discount code

Note: When a discount code is applied to a customer booking (either by them or by us) it is added to their account  in perpetuity For example, if you apply a 100% discount code to one customer booking, the customer will continue to receive 100% discount until the code expires or is manually removed from their account.

There are options to limit discount code uages, these details can be configured under the ‘Available dates’ and ‘Use limits’ tabs in the discount section.
