The customer was entitled to a recurring discount but now they’re not, how can I remove the discount from their account?

Log in to the admin panel and find the customer account record

Go to the ‘Benefits’ tab and open ‘Discounts’

Select the discount that you want to remove, click ‘Delete record’ and select ‘Yes, do it’
